Rachel van Den Hoogen

Rachel van den Hoogen is an experienced leader and board member, currently serving as the Directeur bestuurder at Biblionet Groningen since March 2019, and holds various roles including Lid raad van toezicht at Accare and Secretaris at Stichting Samenwerkende POI's Nederland. With a significant tenure in governance, Rachel has contributed to organizations such as Christelijke Woningstichting Patrimonium as a member of the Raad van Commissarissen and was previously involved with multiple boards including Rabobank Drachten Noordoost Friesland and Bibliotheken Noord Fryslân. Rachel's career in management began at M.O.S. Maatschappelijke Onderneming Smallingerland where the role of directeur/bestuurder was held from January 2005 to February 2019. Educational qualifications include a degree in Personnel Sciences from Tilburg University, completed in 1992.
