Alexej Kubarev

Alexej Kubarev has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Alexej worked at Accedo.tv from 2007 till the present, where they started as an Application Manager and eventually took on more senior roles such as System Architect, Director of Engineering, and currently Head of Product Technology & Engineering. At Accedo.tv, they were responsible for various tasks including tech strategy, management of product engineering teams, leading infrastructure teams, and developing OTT and mobile applications for various clients. Before joining Accedo.tv, Alexej founded Code Expert Nordic in 2005, where they focused on web development and custom CMS system development. Alexej also had a role as a Studenttekniker at ANTS IT-Support in 2007 and co-owned Chillside AB from 2005-2007, where they led development projects and maintained a community site for gaming and e-sports.

Alexej Kubarev received their education starting from 1998 to 2002 at the Russian Embassy School in Stockholm, where they pursued general education. In 2004, they attended the KTH Royal Institute of Technology for a base year without completing a specific degree. From 2005 to 2010, Alexej pursued a Master of Science degree in Information Technology at the same institution, KTH Royal Institute of Technology. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance in January 2015 and the Zend Certified Engineer (ZCE) certification from Zend Technologies in March 2007.
