Derek Harmer

Derek Harmer is the current General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer at Accel Entertainment. Prior to this, they were a consultant at SCIenergy, Inc., President and General Counsel at Stadium Technology Group, and Senior Vice President, Sports and Poker Management Systems at Progressive Gaming International Corporation. Derek has also held the position of Director of Sales at WMS Gaming. Harmer has a long and successful history in the gaming industry, with a focus on legal and compliance matters. Derek is a highly respected figure in the industry, and their experience and knowledge make him a valuable asset to any company.

Derek Harmer attended Drake University Law School, where they earned their Doctor of Law (JD). Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Illinois Chicago.
