Ander Krupa

Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, Energy Storage at Albemarle

Ander Krupa has held various positions throughout their work experience. Starting in 2007, they worked as a Summer Associate at Greenberg Traurig LLP. Following this, they interned at the Supreme Court of Georgia in 2007 and then with the Enforcement Branch of the SEC's Atlanta office in 2008. Ander eventually returned to Greenberg Traurig LLP as an Attorney, where they served as a lead associate in M&A, financing, and asset-based lending transactions. In 2011, Ander joined BWX Technologies, Inc. as a Corporate Counsel, later being promoted to Senior Corporate Counsel and finally Assistant General Counsel, responsible for SEC reporting and compliance matters. In 2017, they transitioned to Albemarle Corporation, first serving as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel for Corporate matters before moving to the roles of Vice President, Deputy General Counsel for Bromine & Fine Chemistry Services, and finally their current position as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel for Energy Storage. Throughout their career, Ander has demonstrated expertise in handling legal matters related to commercial contracting, negotiation, product liability, litigation management, joint venture management, acquisition and divestitures, and providing legal advice on strategic business matters.

Ander Krupa received a Juris Doctorate degree from Georgia State University College of Law in 2008. Prior to that, they earned a BBA degree in Marketing from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business in 2001.
