Stuart Hanbury

Stuart Hanbury joined Accel's team in London in 2020 as Chief Legal Officer. In this role, he is responsible for advising on all legal matters, including capital raising, investments, and operational activities.

Prior to Accel, Stuart was General Counsel at Harbour Litigation Funding. Stuart has extensive international corporate transactional and investment funds experience, having spent a number of years as General Counsel of Vision Capital and, prior to that, in roles at Baugur Group and Allen & Overy.

Stuart is a member of the Law Society of England & Wales. He received an MA (Oxon) in Jurisprudence from Balliol College, University of Oxford.
