Alex Kostopoulos

Alex Kostopoulos is an experienced leader in product and engineering operations, currently serving as Director of Product and Engineering Operations at Accela since June 2025. Previously, Alex held the position of Director of Product Operations at CodaMetrix from August 2023 to May 2025, where efforts were focused on building a Tech PMO to enhance the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and improve cross-functional collaboration. At Commure, from May 2016 to August 2023, Alex defined and executed key operational processes and metrics that improved software delivery and go-to-market efficiency. Earlier in the career at Thomson Reuters from March 2004 to May 2016, Alex established a release process for a significant investment management platform and managed major data center migrations. The career began at CCBN.com as a Systems Administrator from 2001 to 2004. Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wheaton College Massachusetts.
