Bobby Wilson

Bobby Wilson has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Bobby'smost recent role was as the CFO at Accela, starting in October 2019. Prior to that, they served as the CFO at Turnitin, a leading EdTech company, from January 2015 to October 2019. Bobby also held the position of CFO/COO at Hobsons from July 2012 to January 2015.

Earlier in their career, Bobby worked at Thomson Reuters, where they held various finance roles, including VP Finance, Investment Banking from September 2010 to June 2012, CFO at Thomson Reuters Global Resources from July 2007 to April 2011, and Finance Director at The Thomson Corporation from May 2006 to June 2007.

Before joining Thomson Reuters, Bobby served as the Senior Director of Finance and later as the Finance Director at Thomson Financial from January 2006 to May 2006 and from March 2005 to December 2005, respectively. Bobby started their career as a Financial Management Associate at Thomson Corp from September 2003 to February 2005.

In addition, Bobby has experience in the automotive industry, having worked as a Product Development Finance Analyst at Ford Motor Company from March 1999 to August 2001. Bobby also gained experience in the public sector as a Contract & Grant Specialist at NASA from August 1996 to August 1997. Overall, Bobby has a strong background in finance and has held key leadership positions in both technology and other industries.

Bobby Wilson pursued their education at Texas A&M University from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a B.B.A. degree with a focus on Engineering and Finance. Later, they joined the MIT Sloan School of Management from 2001 to 2003, where they earned an MBA degree specializing in Financial Management & Leadership.
