Revenue Operations Manager at Accela

Danielle Snell has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as an Intern Social Studies Teacher at Kyrene Middle School from August 2010 to December 2011. During this time, they developed and executed lesson plans, graded assignments, and maintained open communication with parents.

From August 2010 to April 2013, Danielle worked as a Bartender at Yucca Tap Room, a fast-paced venue with live acts. Their responsibilities included providing exceptional customer service, balancing out money at the end of the night, and recording transactions.

In June 2013, Danielle joined Marche as a Bartender. Here, they coordinated with an adjacent hotel to provide excellent service, trained new staff, and managed day-to-day bar operations.

Starting in September 2014, Danielle served as the Manager of Order Management at VIA Home until July 2015. In this role, they reviewed and managed contracts, manually booked deals in Netsuite, and ensured product fulfillment and revenue recognition.

Lastly, Danielle worked at Accela from July 2015, where they held the position of Revenue Operations Manager until the most recent available date. Danielle managed the renewals organization, approved revenue schedules, developed order form templates, and coached the sales team on negotiations and amendments for customer contracts.

Danielle Snell completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre and History from Arizona State University, where they attended from 2005 to 2009. Danielle further pursued their education at Arizona State University, obtaining a Master's of Education degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from 2010 to 2011.
