Gena Goolsby, PCC, serves as the Senior Learning Innovation and Employee Experience Manager at Accela, where leadership in engagement, innovation, and growth through learning and technology is emphasized. As a co-founder and Learning Strategist at tagLeaders, Gena focuses on providing impactful training and coaching services for leaders at various levels. Gena's career began at TEKsystems as an Account Manager, following a promotion from Technical Recruiter. Gena holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing from the University of Arizona, Eller College of Management.
