Nam V. Ha has a background in various IT roles, starting from their time at UL as an I.T. Specialist III Lead, then transitioning to Performant Financial Corporation where Nam held positions such as I.T. Manager and PC and Network Specialist II Lead. Nam currently works at Accela as a Sr. Escalation Manager in Support. Throughout their career, Nam has built experience in customer support and technical management. Nam holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems from San Jose State University.
