Leszek Bober

Leszek Bober, MBA, serves as Senior Customer Experience Leader at Allegro since May 2019, overseeing a team dedicated to enhancing customer loyalty and ensuring client needs are integrated into projects and processes. Prior to Allegro, Leszek held various positions at IKEA Group from October 2015 to June 2019, including Kierownik ds. Klienta Biznesowego, where responsibilities encompassed client relations and market analysis, as well as roles in the Future Leader Program. Early experience included a Specialist role at Lidl Polska, focusing on promotional campaigns and market research. Leszek Bober holds an MBA from Poznan University of Economics and Business, along with two M.A. degrees in History and a B.A. in Political Science and History from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.
