Kavindu De Silva is an experienced Information Technology Analyst currently working at ISA, providing IT support for over 5000 end users at Air Arabia PJSC. Prior to this role, Kavindu served as an Executive - Infrastructure & System Support at CEYLON COLD STORES PLC, where responsibilities included managing a team of site support engineers and offering IT support for over 200 end users. Additional experience includes positions such as Technical Support Specialist at 24/7 Techies, IT Support Specialist at MAS Holdings, and Trainee Network Engineer at Sri Lanka Telecom. Kavindu holds a BSc (Hons) in Information Technology with a focus on Computer Systems and Network Engineering from SLIIT, as well as a Certificate Course in Computer Aided Design and Modeling from the National Institute of Business Management and a Diploma in English Language and Literature from Aquinas College of Higher Studies.
