Milinda Wickramasinghe

Milinda Wickramasinghe is an accomplished Information Security Engineer, currently employed at ISA since June 2023. With extensive experience in information security, Milinda previously held senior positions at TechCERT and worked in various roles focused on IT security at H-Connect GBS and H One Private Limited. Earlier career stages included engineering and analyst roles at WSO2 and Sri Lanka CERT|CC, where Milinda performed web application vulnerability assessments. Academically, Milinda holds a Bachelor's degree in Information & Communications Technology from the University of Colombo and two Master's degrees from Cardiff Metropolitan University, one specializing in Cyber Security/Information Security and the other in Intellectual Property Law & IT Laws.
