Andy Gonzales is a Recruitment Manager at AccelByte, where Andy provides leadership and mentoring to develop a strong team of technical recruiters. Andy manages the full-cycle global recruitment process. Prior to this, Andy worked at Fortuna BMC as a Recruitment Manager and at HawodTech Solutions, Inc. as a Recruitment Lead. At Collabera Inc., Andy held the position of Lead Technical Recruiter for ANZ and also worked as a Technical Recruiter in Canada and the US. In the past, Andy freelanced as a Videographer, Multimedia Editor, Creative/Formal Writer, and Graphic Designer. Andy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Northern Philippines and is currently pursuing a Diploma in Computer Science at the University of the Philippines.
