James Goltz

James Goltz has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. James started their career at AT&T in the year 2000, initially working as a Facility Technician in both the Installation & Maintenance and Construction departments. James then moved up to become a Network Manager, overseeing and managing teams of technicians. In their role as Network Manager | Construction & Engineering, they supervised up to 24 facility and outside plant technicians, handled hiring and training, and collaborated with cities and municipalities for support projects. James later transitioned to the role of Network Manager | Service, where they managed a team of 17 technicians, mainly focusing on POTs, DSL, and internet lines. Goltz subsequently became the Network Manager | U-verse, leading a crew of 32 U-verse technicians responsible for the installation and maintenance of U-verse TV and internet services. Prior to their management roles, they also worked as a Facility Technician in both Installation & Maintenance and Construction, gaining experience in cable, wiring, and electronic component installation. James joined Georgia Public Web, Inc. as a Field Operations Manager in 2019 and continued in this capacity until 2022. Currently, Goltz holds the position of Field Operations Manager at Accelecom.

James Goltz has a Technical Certificate in Electronics Technology & Fiber Optics from North Metro Technical Institute. James also has an Associates Degree Program in Electronics Technology from Cleveland Institute of Electronics. In addition, they hold additional certifications in "Design Thinking: Understanding the Process" and "UX Foundations: Research" obtained from LinkedIn in August 2018.
