Rich Wanden

Rich Wanden began their career in 2001 with Embrace Pte Ltd as a Senior Manager of Client Engagement. Rich then moved to Proteus Solutions in the same role. In 2004, Rich joined Logica as a Managing Consultant. In 2006, they joined Harms Consulting Pty Ltd as SAP Services Manager. Rich then moved to Graeme V Jones & Associates in 2007 as Director of Consulting Services. In 2010, Rich joined CSC as Client Partner for State Government NSW, VIC, SA and Head of NSW Government. In 2016, Rich co-founded Operation Able Inclusion and also joined uuuga.com as Executive Vice President of Sales in USA & Canada. Finally, in 2020, Rich joined Accelerance as Chief Customer Success Officer.

Rich Wanden's education history includes a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Strategic Management and Human Resources from The University of Auckland, completed between 1994 and 1995. Rich also studied Asian Studies at Sophia University in 1995. Rich Wanden obtained a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration (BCA) from Victoria University of Wellington between 1988 and 1991, majoring in Accounting, HR and Law. Rich later earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from AGSM @ UNSW Business School, which they are still pursuing.
