Sean Dotson

Sean Dotson, PE, is a seasoned professional in the field of automation, robotics, and packaging with extensive leadership experience. Currently serving as the Founder and Principal of Automation AMA since January 2023, Sean provides advisory services to manufacturers on automation processes. Additional roles include Strategic Advisor for Oxipital AI, Accelerant, and Nanofulfillment, Inc., alongside a tenure as Co-Founder and Investor at Automatika. Prior to these positions, Sean was the President and Chief Technology Officer at RND Automation, successfully leading the company's growth as the largest custom automation manufacturer in Florida. Sean holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida and a Master's in Engineering Management from the University of South Florida.
