Louise L. Francesconi

Louise Francesconi has served as a Director of the Company since December 2, 2019. Ms. Francesconi served as President of Raytheon Missile Systems, a defense electronics corporation, from 1997 to 2008. During her tenure at Raytheon, Ms. Francesconi was named three times by Fortune Magazine to its 50 Most Powerful Women in Business list. Ms. Francesconi served as a director of Stryker Corporation, a medical technology company, from 2006 to 2020. Ms. Francesconi has served as a director of UNS Energy Corporation since 2008. Ms. Francesconi has also served as Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Tucson Medical Center, a regional hospital, since 1999. Ms. Francesconi received a B.S. degree in Economics from Scripps College and an M.B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles.
