Mark Torowus

Mark Torowus serves as the Director of Commercial Development at Accelerate Diagnostics since April 2023. Previously, Mark held various positions at Ventana Medical Systems from 2008 to 2023, including Senior International Product Manager, where responsibilities included global marketing and business development for cervical cancer screening products and pathology diagnostics. Mark's earlier experience includes roles at Ethicon, Inc. as a Breast Care Sales Specialist, BioReference Laboratories as Regional Business Manager for Oncology Sales, and various sales and technical positions at TriPath Imaging and Ventana Medical Systems. Mark began a career in cytotechnology with roles at South Jersey Hospital System as Director of Cytology and Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals as a Cytotechnologist. Mark earned a Bachelor of Science in Cytotechnology from Jefferson Health.
