Thomas Porvaznik

Thomas Porvaznik is an experienced Web Developer currently employed at Accelerate Education since January 2021, where the focus is on building websites and interactive assignments for K-12 courses. Prior to this position, Thomas held various roles at Rutgers University - Camden from July 2014 to January 2021, including Senior Program Coordinator, where assistance was provided to co-workers in solving operational challenges through digital solutions. Responsibilities encompassed scaling the School of Nursing-Camden's digital testing process and coordinating course schedules for a growing student population. As a User Support Specialist, Thomas managed the implementation of new doctoral programs and facilitated the transition of students and programs due to a merger. Earlier experience included serving as a User Support Specialist at the University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey, providing technical support for digital exams, and as Assistant Manager at Inde Blue restaurant, managing front-of-house operations. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History from Stockton University and an Associate of Arts (AA) in History from Camden County College.
