(JP) John Panzica

JP John Panzica is an experienced business executive with a diverse range of roles in the telecommunications, cloud, and data center industries. (JP) John founded Accelerate Partners in 2014, where they served as the Chief Executive Officer and focused on digital transformation, business growth, and advising managed service providers. In 2021, they co-founded eighty |8| networks, a managed security transport provider that offers turn-key solutions for clients. (JP) John also joined Convergence Networks as a board member following its merger with Grade A and Application Specialist Kompany (ASK) in partnership with Riverside Partners.

Prior to these roles, John served as the Chief Revenue Officer of Thrive from 2017 to 2020, where they led the sales and marketing team and contributed to significant revenue and personnel growth. (JP) John also held senior leadership positions at vXchnge, FiberMedia, Equinix, and Switch and Data, where they focused on strategic account penetration, team leadership, and sales and marketing efforts. Additionally, John served as the General Manager for Financial Markets at Yipes Enterprise Services, where they developed the financial industry's first Ethernet-based financial extranet service.

Earlier in their career, John worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Ameripak, LLC, where they successfully executed a corporate growth plan and led the company to profitability before its acquisition by a multinational company. (JP) John also held a role as the Director of Alliance Development at InterNAP.

Throughout their career, John has demonstrated expertise in digital transformation, revenue growth, mergers and acquisitions, team leadership, infrastructure enablement, and business development.

JP John Panzica has a diverse education history. In 2004-2005, they attended The Wharton School for Executive Education, where they specialized in Marketing. Additionally, they pursued a degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Thomas Edison State University, although specific dates for this education are not provided.

In August 2020, they completed the "Cybersecurity Fundamentals for Sales and Business Owners" certification from ConnectWise.
