Sales Admin at Accelerate Tax

Aleza Ramdass has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Aleza worked as an Executive Assistant at TrustAFi LLC starting from March 2023. Prior to that, they were a Sales Admin at Accelerate Tax, where they developed and implemented processes to improve daily special projects and administrative functions. Aleza also served as a communication liaison between sales managers and clients, resolving data issues and inquiries.

From October 2020 to February 2023, they worked as a Medical Receptionist at Mount Sinai South Nassau. In this role, they managed high volume phone lines, organized confidential patient files, and obtained insurance pre-authorizations using specific codes.

Before that, Aleza was a Sales Associate/Community Ambassador at Nike from July 2015 to January 2020. Aleza proactively assisted customers, served as a community ambassador engaging with children, and maintained inventory and displays.

Prior to that, they attended Molloy University from 2015 to 2017, where they studied Accounting but did not obtain a degree. In addition to their education, Aleza Ramdass obtained a BMC Certification from Bloomberg LP in December 2017.
