Zachary Carlsen

Zachary Carlsen's work experience begins in 2013 when they worked as an English Instructor at Winona State University until June 2015. In June 2015, they joined Accelerated Innovations as the Director of Team Development. From August 2015 onwards, they also worked as a Coach & Consultant at ZachCarlsen.com, where they focused on helping individuals overcome self-limitations. In September 2016, they began a role as a Consultant at StrengthsWise, where they applied Gallup science and a three-phase process to maximize team talent. Zachary'stenure at StrengthsWise ended in January 2018.

Zachary Carlsen holds a Master's Degree in Literature and Translation from the University of Montana, which they obtained from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in English and French at the University of Minnesota from 2001 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, Zachary Carlsen has also obtained a certification as a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach from Gallup, although the details of when and where they obtained this certification are unknown.
