Claudia Demandt has a natural talent for sales, marketing and people management. Keen on the electric motor business, Claudia is responsible for growing ASI’s sales and marketing divisions, as well as its management team.

Clearly able to envision the path forward from idea to opportunity, Claudia has proven skills in innovative management and a capacity to upgrade any business or team. Her demonstrated management and leadership skills are the foundation of ASI’s operational excellence.

Claudia’s believes that the management of an innovation-based business relies on being ready for what comes next, before it’s arrived. That focus aided Claudia in growing two startup enterprises, and their products, from concept to reality. Applying her creative business approach was key to sales success and in developing a productive, effective team.

Claudia studied business at the Conestoga College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning in Kitchener, Ontario.
