Valentina Laffi is a Global Executive Search Consultant at Accelerate Executive Search since March 2024, bringing extensive experience from previous roles, including Senior Research Analyst and Research Analyst at Russell Reynolds Associates from September 2021 to March 2024. Prior to this, Valentina worked as a Writer and Editor at Valentina's Culture from November 2020 to September 2021, and as a Customer Care Specialist at 4Star between September 2019 and September 2021. Valentina's career began as a Marketing Executive at Xenace Ltd for a brief period in 2017. Academically, Valentina holds a Master's degree in Language, Culture and History: Italian Studies from UCL (2018-2019) and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy and Literature from the University of Essex (2015-2018).
