Amy Leahman

Amy Leahman has over a decade of work experience in business and process analysis. Amy started their career in 2009 at William and Mary College, where they served as the Facilities Department FAMOUS Administrator and IT Support for a year. In the same year, they also joined University of Maryland University College as the Director of Business and Process Analysis. In this role, they managed a team of business analysts and was responsible for optimizing business process solutions across the organization. In 2017, Amy joined AccelerEd as the Senior Director of Business and Process Analysis. Here, they led a large team of analysts and coordinators, guiding business process and analysis strategy across the enterprise.

Amy Leahman completed their Associate of Science (A.S.) in Computer Programming from ECPI University from 2000 to 2001. Amy then pursued their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science from Winston-Salem State University, which they completed from 2001 to 2004. Amy also holds a certification in ITIL, although the details of when and where they obtained it are unknown.
