Brian Reid

Brian Reid is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in desktop support and systems analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Desktop Support Analyst at AccelerEd since April 2018, Brian previously held positions at the University of Maryland University College, including Desktop Support Analyst and Systems Analyst, from April 2006 to April 2018. Responsibilities included providing onsite and remote IT support, PC imaging, component repairs, and printer maintenance. Earlier roles involved hardware/software installation, equipment lifecycle management, and creating standard operating procedures. Brian holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Science from the University of Maryland Global Campus and an Associate of Science in Computer Science from Prince George's Community College.
