Olga Kaczmarczyk

Olga Kaczmarczyk is a Learning Support Specialist at AccelerEd since June 2023, previously serving as a Training Specialist at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale from August 2014 to June 2023, where responsibilities included delivering training on Brightspace LMS, MS Office, and assistive technology, alongside supervising academic skills for numerous clients. Olga also worked as an Academic Coach, developing Excel templates that significantly improved efficiency. Experience as an Independent Contractor from January 2018 to August 2019 involved instructional design for Moodle courses with a focus on accessibility, as well as WordPress development. Olga holds a Master's degree in Learning Systems Design and Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Southern Illinois University, in addition to completing coursework in Information Technology.
