Sandra Joseph

Sandra Joseph has extensive experience in IT support roles, currently serving as a Service Desk Analyst I at AccelerEd since July 2019 and at the University of Maryland University College since December 2014. Responsibilities include providing Tier-1 and Tier-2 support, provisioning and deprovisioning employees, troubleshooting software issues, and writing knowledge articles. Sandra has received multiple HDI Analyst of the Month awards for outstanding performance.
