Chip Hillman

Chip Hillman has over 15 years of experience in strategy, finance, and corporate development. Chip is currently the Chief Strategy Officer at Accelevation LLC since May 2023. Prior to that, Chip held various roles at Corsearch, including Chief Financial Officer from May 2022 to May 2023, Chief Transformation Officer from May 2020 to July 2022, and Vice President of FP&A from October 2018 to May 2020. Before joining Corsearch, Chip worked at Senneca Holdings as the Director of Corporate Development and FP&A from December 2015 to October 2018, where they successfully led the integration of four acquired businesses and drove M&A success. Chip also served as the Director of Corporate Development at Vertafore from March 2014 to November 2015, responsible for executing the company's inorganic growth strategy through mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships. Chip began their career at The Reynolds and Reynolds Company, where they held the roles of Manager - Terminations and Credit Services from October 2012 to March 2014, and Financial Analyst from September 2007 to November 2012. Throughout their career, Chip has demonstrated expertise in financial planning, analysis, and valuation analysis of acquisition targets.

Chip Hillman completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies from The University of Toledo from 2000 to 2004. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, General at San Diego State University, which they completed between 2005 and 2007.
