Geri Morgan currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Accelevation LLC, a position held since May 2025, focusing on fostering a people-first culture and empowering teams for impactful growth. Prior experience includes leadership roles with Intellum as People & Culture Leader, where Geri drove talent strategies to support business growth, and as Chief Experience Officer at SentriLock, overseeing HR and customer support to enhance employee and customer experiences. Geri's background also encompasses directing human resources at Triplefin, managing HR operations at Kroger, and facilitating mediation for misdemeanor cases at Butler County Juvenile Court. Geri holds a Master’s degree in HR Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Cincinnati.
