Nathalie Lion

Nathalie Lion is an accomplished human resources executive currently serving as Chief People Officer at Permasteelisa Group since April 2024. Previously, Nathalie held the position of Director at UpLead Human Resources Consulting and Coaching from November 2022 to April 2024 and was Executive Vice President, Head of People at Golden Star Resources Ltd. from September 2019 to January 2022. Additional experience includes serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Sherritt International Corporation for seven years, following a role as Director of Human Resources at the same company.
