Annika Parkkonen

Annika Parkkonen is currently the Chief HR and Sustainability Officer at Accelleron, leading a team to design and implement a sustainable people strategy. With extensive experience in HR leadership roles at companies like Wärtsilä and Fortum, Annika has a background in coaching, people development, and business transformation. Annika also founded a HR consultancy firm and served on the Board of Directors at Finferries. Annika holds a Master's Degree in Political Science and Economics from Åbo Akademi University.
