Geosley Andrades

Geosley Andrades has a diverse background in test automation and product evangelism. Currently, Geosley holds the position of Director - Product Evangelist at ACCELQ, where they contribute innovative solutions to simplify and improve test automation. Alongside this role, Geosley educates potential customers about ACCELQ products and collaborates with the Professional Services team to ensure successful onboarding. Geosley also works closely with the CEO/CPO and executive team to align the product roadmap with customer needs and drive future growth.

Prior to joining ACCELQ, Geosley worked at Cornerstone OnDemand, starting as a Test Automation Engineer in 2016 and progressing to Principal QA Analyst. In this role, Geosley was responsible for project planning, stakeholder coordination, and software development and design. They also developed test automation frameworks using Robot Framework and Selenium in a cloud-based learning and talent management solution. Additionally, Geosley gained experience in AWS, Postman/SOAP UI, TFS, and JIRA.

Before Cornerstone OnDemand, Geosley worked as an Automation Architect at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from 2014 to 2016. At BNP Paribas from 2011 to 2014, Geosley held roles as a Senior Test Automation Engineer and Test Automation Engineer. These positions involved utilizing Quick Test Professional and building test automation frameworks for clients such as Telstra, AT&T, and Disney.

Geosley began their career at Infosys Technologies Ltd in 2008 as a Test Automation Engineer. During their time there, Geosley played a crucial role in developing the Infosys Test Automation Accelerator Framework and implementing it with AT&T. They also contributed to the creation of the Seibel CRM Business Process Testing Framework and customized the QTP Hybrid Automation Framework for various clients. Geosley gained expertise in test management using Quality Center and JIRA.

Geosley Andrades completed their Secondary School Certificate (SSC) in CBSE at M.E.S. Indian School from 1992 to 2002.
