Lauren Steinhardt

Lauren Steinhardt is a seasoned professional in product sustainability and development, currently serving as Senior Manager of Product Sustainability at Stanley 1913 since February 2023. Prior to this, Lauren held the position of Senior Product Developer for Stanley at PMI Worldwide from April 2021 to February 2023, and worked as a Product and Trims Developer at Icebreaker from September 2016 to July 2019. Previous experience includes a role as a Footwear Materials Developer at Nike for six months in early 2016, and multiple positions at REI and lucy activewear, covering design and development responsibilities from 2010 to 2013 and 2008 to 2010, respectively. Lauren holds a Master’s degree in Apparel Design from Oregon State University, completed between 2007 and 2010.
