Richard Kettlewell

Richard Kettlewell serves as the Director of Technology at Accelya Group since June 2023. Previously, Kettlewell held the position of Executive Product Manager at S&P Global from May 2019 to March 2023, where collaboration with users and the development of product visions and roadmaps were key responsibilities. Kettlewell has extensive experience in data platform engineering, having served as the Director of Data Platform Engineering, Performance and Delivery at IHS Markit from April 2014 to May 2019, where a high-performing team was developed to support various database technologies. Earlier roles include Global Head of Database Engineering at Markit, Head of Application Performance Services at Oracle, and several technical and consulting positions within Oracle, emphasizing application performance, database administration, and project consulting. Kettlewell holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Science from the University of Hull and completed A-Level studies at Bingley Grammar School.
