Julie Roscini has extensive experience in employee experience and technology, having served as the Director of Employee Experience, Technology at Ford Motor Company from January 2007 to November 2021. In this role, Julie was responsible for driving the strategic vision of the employee experience within IT, measuring customer sentiment, and facilitating integrated tech experiences by uniting IT service teams to address customer issues and create value-driven communications. Additionally, Julie held various roles in external engagement, corporate transformation, strategy and planning, and communications at both Ford Motor Credit Company and Ford Motor Company. Julie obtained a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Wayne State University.
