Rhonda Gilbert

Rhonda Gilbert has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Rhonda is currently working as the Head of Corporate Development at Accencio® since January 2019. Rhonda also founded their own consultancy firm, R Y Gilbert Associates, Ltd., in 1999, where they specialize in corporate and business development initiatives for life sciences and health care information technology companies, venture capitalists, and private investors.

Prior to that, Rhonda worked at McKesson as the Director of Business Development from 1994 to 1999. Rhonda'sresponsibilities included evaluating and executing corporate strategic initiatives, forming alliances, equity investments, and exploring new markets for the $180 million payor solutions division. Rhonda also negotiated business agreements with third parties and developed business plans for product optimization.

Before joining McKesson, Rhonda held the position of Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Ohmeda Pharmaceuticals (now Baxter Healthcare) from 1991 to 1993. Rhonda was responsible for strategic and operational business plans, project-based financial and business analyses, and provided analytical support to various departments within the organization.

Earlier in their career, Rhonda worked at Bristol-Myers Squibb as the Manager of Business Analysis, Commercial Development from 1989 to 1991. Rhonda'srole involved providing business, financial, and analytical support for the worldwide strategic management of marketed and pipeline products. Rhonda evaluated proposed clinical development programs, projected market and sales potential, and assessed pricing strategies.

Rhonda's work experience also includes roles such as Planning Analyst at ARAMARK from 1985 to 1987 and Statistical Research Assistant at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia from 1984 to 1985.

Rhonda Gilbert has a BA with Honors degree in Political Science and Economics from Wellesley College. Rhonda also holds an MBA degree with a focus on Finance and Strategy from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business.
