Ruben Khadiullin

Ruben Khadiullin is an experienced professional in corporate development and investment banking, currently serving as the Head of Corporate Development at R3 since March 2020, focusing on business strategy and ecosystem development. Additionally, since November 2022, Ruben has been an Advisor at ROAN Fragrances, where financial and go-to-market operations are established for the niche fragrance brand. Prior experience includes an MBA Associate position at Albright Capital Management, where global Fintech investment opportunities were assessed, and an Associate Director role at EY in M&A investment banking, where Ruben successfully closed multiple high-value deals. Ruben holds an MBA in Strategy and Finance from Columbia Business School and a Master's degree in International Trade from the Russian Foreign Trade Academy.
