Kerrie Cole

Kerrie Cole currently serves as Operations Director at Accent Catering Services Ltd since May 2023, focusing on the secondary school sector. Previously, Kerrie held several managerial roles at ISS Facility Services UK from July 2013 to April 2023, culminating in a position as Regional Operations Director overseeing the strategic management of Education Region 2, encompassing contracts with 150 schools. Earlier experience includes serving as a Regional Operations Manager and Operations Manager, managing contracts for schools with significant annual turnovers and large teams. Prior to ISS, Kerrie worked at Compass Group as an Operations Manager, responsible for multiple sites housing up to 4000 occupants, and held the title of General Manager at Avenance, where strong management was demonstrated at a prestigious site. Kerrie obtained an HND in Hotel and Catering Management from the University of Westminster between 1994 and 1997.
