Nicky Brocklehurst

Nicky Brocklehurst has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. They currently work as the People & Culture Director at Paraspara since 2023. Prior to that, they were a Founding Member at Chief, a private network aimed at increasing women's presence in positions of power. They have also held roles at Privitar as the VP of People and People Consultant. In addition, they have served as the Head of People at Threads Styling Ltd. and Head of HR at Paddy Power Betfair. Nicky's earlier experiences include positions at Betfair, Discovery Networks International, and the BBC, where they worked in recruitment and managed various business areas.

Nicky Brocklehurst attended St Georges College from 1997 to 1999. Following that, from 1999 to 2002, Nicky pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Sociology from the University of Southampton.
