Ashley Leavelle Fleener

Ashley Leavelle Fleener has a diverse range of work experience in event management and planning roles. Ashley currently holds a position as the Senior Operations Manager of Event Services at Accent Indy, a DMC Network Company, where they oversee the operations and management of events. Prior to this role, Ashley served as the Operations Manager of Event Services at the same company.

Ashley has extensive experience in event management, having worked as an Independent Contractor and Program Manager at Accent Indy. In this role, they managed staff and complex logistics on-site to ensure the successful execution of contracted services for events. Ashley also trained new part-time staff on the company's customer service and professionalism standards.

In addition to their work at Accent Indy, Ashley has held various other roles in the event industry. Ashley worked as a Meeting Planner at The Honor Society of Nursing, Sigma Theta Tau International, where they successfully managed a portfolio of domestic and international meetings for a global organization. Ashley also served as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor in Tourism, Conventions, and Event Management at IUPUI.

Ashley's experience also includes working as the Director of Wow at Wow Factors, an event planning and rental company. Ashley played a key role in developing the company's brand and building strong relationships with clients through attentive customer service. Ashley also gained event coordination experience as an Event Coordinator at Accent Indy and as a Sales Coordinator at Buca di Beppo.

Earlier in their career, Ashley worked as an Awesome Event Chic at Evans Audio Visual, where they designed and staffed trade show booths, developed marketing materials, and scheduled event staffing. Ashley also gained experience in event planning as a Special Events Intern at Damar Services, Inc. and as Wait Staff/Hostess at Dundee Manor Restaurant.

Ashley's work experience showcases their expertise in event management, logistics, customer service, and team leadership. Ashley has a proven track record of successfully executing events of various sizes and implementing innovative solutions to enhance the attendee experience.

Ashley Leavelle Fleener attended Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis from 2004 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Tourism, Conventions and Event Management.
