Pascale Van Trimpont has a diverse and extensive work experience. Pascale began their career as an Aankoop administratie + facturatie at MAVEDRO from July 1994 to June 1999. Pascale then went on to become a Mede zaakvoerder at HOT SPORT, where they managed four sport stores and handled both commercial activities and team management from July 1999 to November 2004. After that, Pascale worked as an Administratief bediende at Immo Allegro, where they performed administrative tasks, received clients, and conducted needs analysis from November 2004 to October 2006.

In December 2006, Pascale joined Accent Jobs as an HR Key account manager for Accent Select te Aalst, managing a team of two employees, coaching them, and visiting prospects and clients until January 2014. Pascale then became an HR Office Manager at Accent Jobs, responsible for managing an Accent Jobs office, motivating and supervising a team of one sales consultant and two consultants, prospecting, maintaining customer relationships, negotiating contracts, and finding the best vacancies in their niche to achieve perfect matches. Pascale held this role from January 2014 to the present.

Additionally, Pascale held the role of Area Sales Director at Accent Jobs from January 2018 onwards, and currently serves as a Sales Director Technical, responsible for the operational development of Accent Technical in Vlaanderen. Pascale leads a team of 18 specialized offices, searching for talent and aligning candidates with suitable companies, as well as guiding and coaching a team consisting of Account Managers, Sales Consultants, and Consultants.

Pascale Van Trimpont completed a Bachelor's degree in Profesionele Bachelor Boekhouding-accountancy from Hogeschool BME te Gent from 1991 to 1994. Prior to that, they obtained an A2 degree in Handel secretariaat-talen from Cor Marie te Brakel from 1985 to 1991.
