Jeff Urry

Jeff Urry has extensive work experience in human resources and total rewards. Jeff is currently the Vice President of Human Resources Total Rewards at AccentCare, a position they have held since June 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Americas Total Rewards & Mobility at Air Liquide from 2017 to March 2023. From 2010 to 2017, they were the Vice President of Total Rewards at Petco. Before that, they worked as the Director of Global Total Rewards at Callaway Golf from 2006 to 2010, and as the Director of Global Compensation at FedEx Office from 2002 to 2006.

Jeff Urry holds an MBA in International Management from The University of Dallas. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Brigham Young University. In addition to their academic qualifications, Jeff Urry has obtained certifications such as CCP from WorldatWork in January 2018, and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in November 2019.
