Kelvin Bailey

Kelvin Bailey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and engineering leadership. Currently serving as Vice President of Transformation at AccentCare since August 2020, Kelvin oversees a centralized back-office team of over 400 employees, managing various functions including referral intake, billing, and vendor management. Prior to this role, Kelvin held key positions at HMS, directing operations for multi-product teams contributing to significant annual revenue, and served as Senior Director of Engineering, focusing on process streamlining and product development alignment. Kelvin's career also includes engineering roles at Lockheed Martin, where significant mechanical systems were designed and managed. An educational background includes a Master of Science in Project Management from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Utah, complemented by an Executive Leadership program at Harvard Business School.
