Kim Martin

Kim Martin is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in strategic talent management and corporate communications. Currently, Kim serves as the Chief Human Resources and Corporate Communications Officer at Alcon since April 2020, while also holding the position of Independent Board Member at AccentCare. Previously, Kim was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Worldpay from January 2015 to December 2019, leading a global HR organization. Additionally, Kim served as Vice President of Human Resources for the Americas at Zimmer Biomet and held various leadership roles at GE Healthcare, including Global HR Executive for Monitoring Solutions & Diagnostic Cardiology and Global HR Leader for Talent Acquisition. Kim has a Master’s degree in Labor & Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and completed the Women’s Director Development Program at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
