Leslie Phillips

Leslie Phillips, PHR, has over 18 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Currently, Leslie is the Assistant Vice President of Talent Acquisition at UT Southwestern Medical Center, where they oversee the acquisition of qualified professionals. Prior to this, Leslie held various roles at AccentCare, Inc., including Vice President and Senior Vice President of Talent Acquisition. In these roles, they developed comprehensive recruitment strategies and provided leadership for corporate recruitment. Leslie also worked at Tenet Healthcare, where they served as Director and Senior Director of National Recruitment, leading change management and centralization of the talent acquisition function. Additionally, they worked at Baylor Health Care System as a Manager of Clinical Recruitment and Senior Recruiter, and at Global Rehab Hospitals as a Recruitment Manager. Leslie began their career at Pella Regional Health Center as a Recruitment Specialist, where they partnered with department managers and Chief Nursing Officer to recruit and onboard healthcare professionals. With their extensive experience and expertise, Leslie brings valuable insights and strategies to the field of talent acquisition.

Leslie Phillips, PHR obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Human Development and Family Studies, General from Texas Tech University. From 1984 to 1988, they pursued their undergraduate education at this institution.
