Jackie Aronica Morgan

Jackie Aronica Morgan is a seasoned talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Workforce Development at MaineHealth since November 2025. Prior to this role, Jackie led the Global Talent Acquisition function at Eaton, overseeing recruitment for over 90,000 employees in more than 160 countries. Jackie also held several leadership positions at Bank of America, including Director of Global Executive Talent Acquisition and Senior Vice President, Staffing Manager. Earlier in the career, Jackie served as Director at The Lewis Group, specializing in executive search within investment banking, capital markets, and wealth management. Jackie holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of New Haven and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Saint Joseph's College.
