Mark Center is a seasoned leader in transformation and change management, currently serving as Senior Director of Enterprise Transformation at AccentCare since March 2024. With prior experience as Senior Director of Strategic Change Management at RxBenefits, Inc., Mark successfully evolved change management practices and implemented strategic initiatives to enhance employee engagement and streamline operations. Mark's career also includes significant roles in Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama, where Mark led enterprise-wide process improvement and managed customer service operations. Mark began as a Structural Engineer at Tucker-Jones Engineers Associated, P.C., and holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Auburn University, along with an MBA from Samford University.
