Ryan Bunda is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Progressive Home Health INC., LLC since January 2024, Ryan oversees the HR department's functions, including hiring, pay administration, and policy enforcement. Prior to this role, Ryan has held positions such as Human Resources Manager at Accentra Home Health & Hospice since May 2020 and People & Culture Generalist at Kimray, Inc. from April 2018 to April 2020. Ryan's expertise encompasses recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning, demonstrated through previous roles at the Diagnostic Laboratory of Oklahoma, Aerotek, and Farmers Insurance and Financial Services.
